Exactly what I was looking for Aug 30, 2010 I have used a one cup at a time coffee pot for years. It's quick and easy. This is the first maker that actually fits any coffee mug. All of the others were to small, this is perfect and I would highly recommend this.
Great, but already broken... Aug 21, 2010 We LOVE this coffee maker. Very easy and great, hot coffee. But we have had it only a week or so and the power button has already broken. It was easy to call and they are sending a replacement, no problem. But I have to mail them the cut off power cord, and the invoice, with some info.. blah blah. I am irritated being without a coffee maker for who knows how long. Hopefully this next one will last!
Nice personal coffee maker Aug 11, 2010 I would give it five stars, except that the disk-like part with holes that drips water into the coffee basket gets coffee grounds splashed up onto it, creating a cleaning issue.
It makes a very good mug of coffee. I like the thermal mug because I don't like to have my coffee kept warm with a heater. It comes with a coffee filter with fine plastic mesh that has lasted for over a year so far.
I searched Amazon for a replacement coffee maker because I was tired of cleaning coffee grounds from the water dripper, but I haven't found anything that I like better -- so I decided to write a review. I guess that I will just have to use Maxwell House coffee packets to keep the coffee grounds from splashing up..
LOVE-LOVE-LOVE! Jul 29, 2010 I live alone and love my coffee, but I do not want to waste it---so---I can make a fresh little pot whenever I need it---do wish I could buy extra filters just in case---Great Product!
Damaged product Jun 18, 2010 Box product arrived in was damaged. I don't believe the coffeemaker was used but there appeared to be scum on the outside of the maker as well as scratches.
My comments were sent on to Dorm Co, the sender, and they replied that a new coffeemaker would be sent to me and they would send instructions on returning the damaged one. To this date, I have heard nothing further from them.
A refund in the amount of $24.08 was made to my VISA account but I still have not received word of how to return the damaged coffeemaker.
I look forward to hearing from soneone.
